Skandinavisches Design wird zwar immer wieder als Trend genannt, ist aber eigentlich eher ein Lebensstil. Entsprechend bleiben die nordischen Möbel auch dieses Jahr schön schlicht, minimalistisch und funktional und überdauern mit ihrer zeitlosen Schönheit alle aktuellen Trends.
Vielleicht beeinflusst durch den heissen Sommer im letzten Jahr ist bei einigen Brands das Thema Outdoor recht präsent. So stellte Muuto beispielsweise eine neue Ourdoor Kollektion vor und String eine Outdoor-Version des String Systemregals.
Coole Sessel und leichtfüssige Sofas sind im nordischen Lebensstil nicht wegzudenken. Wir Skandinavier entspannen uns einfach zu gerne in ihnen. Farblich dominieren helle und dezente Töne. Mit kleinen, farblichen Accessoires beispielweise in ockergelb, marinblau oder smaragdgrün können Sie interessante Akzente setzen. Wichtig dabei ist, dass die Farben stimmig sind und miteinander harmonieren. Auch Holz ist nicht von diesem Lebensgefühl wegzudenken. Holz setzt warme Akzente und erhöht den Wohlfühlfaktor. Ebenfalls schaffen Decken, Kissen und Felle eine gemütliche Atmosphäre.

With small, colourful accessories in ochre yellow, navy blue or emerald green, for example, you can set interesting accents. It is important that the colours are in balance and harmonise with each other. Wood is also an integral part of this lifestyle. Wood sets warm accents and increases the feel-good factor. Blankets, pillows and furs also create a cosy atmosphere.

Die Farbe Beige wird in Teilen der Reihe String System eingeführt. Das String Pocket wurde um die Farbe blush ergänzt, eine warme, klassische rosa Farbe angelehnt an die Pantone Farbe des Jahres ‚Living Coral‘.
